Attention!

Deepak Samantaray & BASE Institute

Here is the thing going on inside,. The image you seen above is looking good but having some BLACK THOUGHTS IN MIND, as mensioned below

Unethical Payment Practices

One of the biggest issues with BASE is its failure to pay teachers their rightful salaries, particularly when they decide to leave the institute. In my experience, after resigning from BASE, I was not paid for at least two months of work. Despite multiple attempts to contact Deepak Samantaray regarding my pending dues, he completely ignored my messages and calls.

Communication Blockade

The most unethical part of this experience was how Deepak Samantaray handled communication. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he didn’t reply my WhatsApp message and phone call, didn’t even recive phone calls, and did not respond to any form of communication. This behavior is completely unacceptable for someone running an educational institution that relies on the hard work and dedication of its teachers.

A Warning for Future Teachers

If you are planning to join BASE as a teacher, I strongly recommend that you confirm the payment policies in writing before committing your time and effort. Many educators invest their valuable time teaching students, expecting to be fairly compensated, only to be met with non-payment and silence when they try to claim their hard-earned money.

Final Verdict

While BASE may seem like a decent institution from the outside, the way it treats its teachers tells a different story. The fact that the institute withholds salaries and avoids communication raises serious ethical concerns. If you are an educator considering working here, please be extremely cautious and ensure that all agreements are documented in a legally binding manner.

Teaching is a noble profession, and no educator deserves to be exploited. Be aware, stay informed, and protect yourself from such unethical practices.

Thank You..
